Painting/Rory Gallagher
i didnt do anything all day, so i decided to finish the painting. but i realized that it was coming out bad and i started putting random stuff on it.
I went today to walk my dogs and smoke a pipe while listening to music. Nobody walks our dogs in my house, so i decided to walk them. The dogs havent been out on a walk that they would choke them selves and bark like crazy at dogs. Weird thing was that nobody was outside, like a zombie apocalypse happened. finished my pipe by the time i got home. Plus i sent my pendletons and pea coat to get dry cleaned and it only cost me$7! and they told me that it would be done by 4 'o clock saturday.
i rediscovered my favorite guitar hero. Rory Gallagher, his music has helped me throught depression and lonely times. I was listening to him loud in my car while i made a trip to guitar center for some strings. One song i started playing on the guitar was "a million miles away"
Another good song from his is "bullfrog blues"
theres lots more good songs from him
When they asked jimi hendrix " How does it feel to be the greatest guitarist in the world?"
he replied "i dont know, ask rory gallagher"

Pendleton!
I went to the thrift store, and i found pendletons! for only $20! it was a steal!
the first one i bought i paid $ 100, but it was a different style. but im going to take them tomorrow to get dry clean along with my pea coat. So far i have 3 shirts, i wanted to have atleast 7 for a shirt one day out of the year. The dry cleaners is right next to the islands cigar lounge, so i can have a cigar while i wait for my clothes to get dry cleaned
On the other note i took the movie hang 'em high with clint eastwood at islands, but i didnt get to finish it. right now im watching the movie "The Little Rascals." I never realized that the movie is filled with older people jokes. There's a part when darla is talking to alfalfa and she says" alfalfa, arent you going to be my boy toy?" haha. I dont remember that part or noticed all those parts when i would watch that movie when i was a kid. This movie makes me laugh. If you want your kids to grow up corrupted like the rest of us then let them see this movie....just kidding.

New Year, Childhood Memories
This time im writing about childhood memories, not about villains haha
i found this video years ago, but i recently found it and it made me realize about getting that present you always wanted. haha im pretty sure not every one went crazy like this kid
it makes me laugh every time, i remember when i got my first nintedo-64, my father hid it and showed us the box, and told my sister and i to look for it(he hid it in the closet). we were excited to find it, the game that came with it was "diddy kong racing" we had a lot of fun playing it and inviting my cousins and friends to play.
Looking at pictures, makes me think that it was easier when you were a child. You didnt have to work or pay rent or even deal with things that you deal today. You would go to school then go home and play video games or play with toys. good times

Pray for Villains
Not just an album for devildriver(awesome band)
But sometimes you just have to pray for villains. I have slowly realized that i always go for the villains in movies or comic books. Just think about it, heroes just lay back and do nothing. While the villains have to plan and do much hard work. Then the heroes come along and destroy everything.
After everything that has happened in life, i feel that i favorite more villains than anything. When your having a bad day and everything isnt going good, you just want to reek some havoc. I've been let down a lot and broken down, that i dont see life the same way with smiles and "rainbows" or "unicorns". Like i have to "destroy something beautiful." as quoted from Fight Club. I'm not a bad guy, im fun to be around and crack some jokes and have a blast. but on the inside, im rotting away with how i see things and think about myself.
I favor villains so much that i grew out my moustache, but not for that reason only. I also like the era of growing out your moustache(est.late 1880's).
(copyright "Meet the Robinsons")
You can kind of put my perspective like in a movie, the kid looks up to the hero and is let down from his hero, Then comes the villains to show the kid a better life and show him what to learn. thats how i would put my life. but then again i wish not to reek havoc on people or do anything bad, Just live my life.
Some of my favorite villains would be: The joker(from the first batman show), bowler hat guy, the riddler, michael myers, zombies(they always win), theres more but i cant think of any at the moment.
Some people are just full of crap and think they are better than everything one. Thats when a villain should come out and kick him off his high-horse. But that kind of sounds like a hero so scratch that last part it didnt make sense. Lets just leave it as this....some days, you just have to pray for villains

its small and i could carry it around, i just need to get the point and shoot camera to take everywhere
i took a picture of all my pipes, i got a good collection but need more! haha

i might just go to the beach to take pics or just drive around
But on another note, the year is almost up and i found out that i havent written in my journal that my friend gave me, i need to update it but dont seem to find the time. I'm also stocked up on books that i need to read.
i grew out my handle bar moustache! i can curl it and everything. finally this is the 2nd time i grow it out this year. i'll try to take a picture of it and post it on here

Island's house blend
i went to "Islands cigar lounge" for the house blend party
there was a lady representative, rolling cigars for everyone
plus we got to try the other house blends
i got see see how they were rolled
i had 3 cigars PLUS one of my pipes, i socialized with people
this is how they look like before they add the final roll, i didnt have my camera to take pictures of the process
After they are done rolling it this is one of the products, they are really smooth and smokes slow
it took me a while to finish(about 1 hour)
i also had a Romeo Y Julieta vintage, really smooth but i liked the house blend more
it came in one of these which made me want to get it, it wasnt bad
if your in the brea,CA neighborhood go check out islands its cool there and wide section of cigars
at a good price
i might make another a blog about all the pipes i have
